Corona Test Center Management

Optimally prepared for the patient crowd in your clinic.

The need for testing capacity to cope with the COVID 19 pandemic is increasing. This leads to a number of logistical and procedural challenges. One of the most important issues needs to be addressed: How do I avoid an endless queue and how to deal with all the waiting patients? The OPASCA Corona Test Center Management provides you with the solution.

Waiting queue without a queue
With the OPASCA Corona Test Center Management, you can ease the waiting time of your patients. The patient traffic can be regulated by the ticket system in such a way that queues are avoided. Your patients are actively involved in the treatment process and therefore know exactly when it is their turn. Transparent processes enable a more pleasent waiting situation and avoid dissatisfaction. In conjunction with local arrangements, you can ensure that the waiting crowds in front of your test station do not develop into a new source of infection.

USE CASE

The OPASCA Corona Test Center Management in action.

1.

Independently Check-in via the OPASCA Patient Admission Terminal.

The patient arrives at your test station and registers independently via the OPASCA Admission terminal.

Coming soon: A just-in-time body temperature measurement directly at the terminal, so that patients can be triaged immediately.

2.

Automatic print out of the waiting mark.

After registration, the patient receives a waiting mark with his call number. Through the number he receives, the patient can estimate when he will be called and can decide whether he will stay in the designated waiting area or spend his waiting time, for example in the car. In this way, you guarantee increased transparency in your processes and strengthen the satisfaction of your patients. You also avoid a crowded waiting area.

3.

Automatic display of the call via the OPASCA Information display.

The call is made by touch on the control unit by your staff and is shown in the waiting area on the large information display and simultaneously on an LED screen in the outside area. Because of the call number and the indication of the destination, your patient immediately knows where he has to go and reaches his destination without major detours.

Coming soon: The call will also be made – in time before the appointment – via text message, so that patients will be able to stay within a larger radius without missing their appointment.

4.

End of the waiting period and start of the treatment.

As soon as your patient has been called, he will go to his treatment destination. His call number can be used as proof of authorisation to enter the test station.
